What we do
We arrange cover for mobile phones and return a price in one step: you tell us the device, we come back with what it costs to insure. The comparison work happens on our side, not yours.
How we work
A quote needs the device and a way to reach you, and nothing more. If you go ahead, we tell you what the insurer needs before you type it. The policy is underwritten by the insurer named in your documents; we arrange it and handle the claim with them.
What we hold ourselves to
The quote is the quoteThe figure we show is what the insurer accepted, not a teaser that grows at checkout.
Exclusions up frontWhat a policy does not cover is said before you buy, not discovered at claim time.
We run the claimYou send it once, to us. We deal with the insurer.
Getting in touch
Questions, corrections and requests all go to the same address, and a person reads them. We answer on working days.
