Cancellation and Refunds

Before the policy starts

Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund. Simply do not proceed.

In the cooling-off period

Cancel within the window stated in your policy and the premium comes back in full, provided no claim has been made.

After the cooling-off period

Cancellation is pro rata for the unused part of the term, following the insurer's schedule. We tell you the figure before you confirm, never after.

If a claim has been paid

Where cover has already responded, the premium for that period is not returnable. That is the insurer's rule and we do not pretend otherwise.

How to start

One email with the policy number. We answer inside two working days and handle the cancellation with the insurer.
